This range of servos are capable of running at 6V, suitable for NiCd and NiMH batteries, or LiXX with suitable voltage regulator. Servos that support a wide voltage range (up to 8.4V) should not use dry battery cells (e.g. 1.5V alkaline). Always check manual for your application.
